I understand that these dues are not a charitable contribution and are not deductible as such. Dues may be listed as a business expense, but I understand that I must check with my tax professional. ( ) I understand that the $39 introductory fee is non-refundable. I will be given a password to access the private area of the NAIP site and have access to the attorney names and other information in that area of the website. ( ) I also understand and accept that NAIP and any of its agents are held harmless on any problems I may have with the attorneys on the NAIP referral list. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the user from using our web site shall create any warranty not expressly made herein. The user acknowledges and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at the user`s own risk. The user is solely responsible for any damages to his or her computer system or loss of data that results in the downloading of any files on the service or any external links available on the service. The Member agrees to indemnify and hold The National Association of Investment Professionals its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, owners, agents, and any employee harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of our site. As such, the laws of the State of Minnesota will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time. The rights and obligations of the parties under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, District Court of Dakota County. This Court shall have jurisdiction and venue over all controversies that may arise from this service between NAIP Members and The National Association of Investment Professionalsits its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, owners, agents, and any employee
